Castaway Portland

1900 N.W. 18th Ave., Portland, OR

Built in 1929, Castaway was home to the makers of yellow strand rope used in the original Portland Street Car. It was later used as a smelting and refining warehouse. In 2007, it was painstakingly restored to its original glory and features. The 10,000 square feet of versatile space can accommodate 400 seated, 700 standing and 1,000 indoor/outdoor.
