Astoria: Part Two

This is a past event. Sunday, February 18, 2018 more dates through February 18, 2018

Portland Center Stage at The Armory 128 N.W. 11th Ave., Portland, OR

"Based on Peter Stark’s book on the founding of the city of Astoria, Oregon, this saga was developed by Center Stage’s departing artistic director Chris Coleman into a two-part drama. Astoria, located at the mouth of the Columbia River, was founded as part of a plan for colonizing and exploiting the riches of the Pacific Northwest. Part One was wildly successful with Portland audiences, and Part Two will deal with the cliffhangers of the first part and finish off the complex tale. The company will also stage Part One for a few performances both before and during the run of Part Two. Check the website for dates and ticket availability." - Oregon Arts Watch
