Clay Creative 240 S.E. Clay St., Portland, OR 97214

Join Portland Street Art Alliance (PSAA) for intimate and comprehensive Experience Tours of some of Portland's best murals.  Starting outside Clay Creative, PSAA will provide an introduction to their work in the community and provide a brief history of graffiti. On view at Clay Creative is the recent Taylor Electric Project where PSAA organized over 100 regional artists to paint. Then, PSAA will begin their interpretive walking tour through Inner Industrial Southeast Portland, where you will see and learn about some of the best murals and graffiti in the city. Local experts, artists and advocates will tell you about the history of street art in Portland and the process of making art in the streets. You'll see a live painting demonstration by a longtime Portland street artist, where you will learn about spray painting techniques and can try your hand at handling rattle cans. The tour will conclude at Portland's newest rotating graffiti art wall. Everyone will also be given a free bag of Pacific Northwest street art stickers.
