Literary Arts’ annual celebration of books, the Portland Book Festival (formerly Wordstock: Portland's Book Festival), presented by Bank of America, returns.

Featuring over 100 authors, including Mac Barnett, H. W. Brands, Ingrid Rojas Contreras, Tom Hanks, Lauren Groff, Abbi Jacobson, Rachel Kushner, Ada Limón, Terese Marie Mailhot, Marissa Meyer, Eileen Myles, Tommy Orange, Gregory Pardlo, Peter Sagal, Hampton Sides, Luis Alberto Urrea and many more.

New for 2018: pre-order a book when you purchase your festival pass for guaranteed entry into two separate headliner events, featuring Tom Hanks and Abbi Jacobson. Pre-orders will close on October 26, 2018 and are limited to venue capacity.

Note: Copies of both titles will be available for sale at the festival; however, day-of book purchases will not guarantee entry to these two events. As with all festival events, seating will be first-come, first-served until capacity is reached.

Advance wristband pickup will be available at the Portland Art Museum on November 8 and 9, 2018. More information to come.
